These magazines were written by North Georgia Agricultural College students during 1909-1912 in Dahlonega, Georgia.

They include original student literature and editorials, local announcements of events and exchanges, socialities, want ads, and advertisements. Some of them also include college directories and bulletins. Some photographs of the North Georgia Agricultural College's grounds and buildings are also included, and some pamphlets have signatures written on them.

Biographical / Historical

The Dahlonega Collegian was a student publication of North Georgia Agricultural College (NGAC).

North Georgia Agricultural College (1871-1930) was the first administration of North Georgia College & State University, a predecessor institution of the University of North Georgia.

This publication was available by subscription for $1.00 per year or 25 cents per copy. According to the publication information, the magazine was "published bi-monthly from September to June by the Decora Literary Society, the Phi Mu Literary Society, and the Young Ladies' Department," all from North Georgia Agricultural College in Dahlonega, Georgia.

The first magazine was published in December 1909. This collection does not include a complete run of the publications, and it has yet to be determined when the magazine ceased publication.
