This newspaper was written by North Georgia Agricultural College (NGAC) students during 1926-1927 in Dahlonega, Georgia.

The articles include original student literature and editorials, local announcements of events and exchanges, socialities, want ads, and advertisements. In addition, a section is dedicated explicitly to the NGAC Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC).

George C. Wilson "Mud Soldiers" Manuscripts

The George C. Wilson Collection contains correspondence, clippings, photographs, Wilson's personal notebook, and a book contract. Of note is George C. Wilson's signed contract for "Mud Soldiers" with the Macmillan Publishing Company in 1987. Letters exchanged between George Wilson and American soldiers, but active and veterans, are included in the collection.
